ANN SACKS® Presents Lux: The Practicality of Travertine Updated in Metallic Hues

Making its ANN SACKS debut this season is a travertine stone awash in variegated colors inspired by precious metals.  Lux is an in-stock program that is comprised of three tiles in two different sizes – a random mosaic pattern and 4”x12” field tile – and is exclusive to ANN SACKS.

Travertine, with its layered formations created after thousands of years of pressure and a range in hardness from 4 to 5 on the ten-point MOHS scale, has long been a practical option for the home.  ANN SACKS makes it refreshingly modern selecting Gold, Silver, and Pewter finishes for a palette of soft, reflective color.  Lux’s two formats, a 4”x12” field tile, and a 12”x12” netted, random mosaic that incorporate a variety of tile textures and thicknesses.  The rich metallic shades can be creatively mixed or presented as a singular color statement. 

Appropriate for almost all indoor applications, the field tile and the random mosaic are perfect for walls, fireplace surrounds and other vertical installations.  Lux is not suggested for wet areas, or as flooring, and should be sealed to ensure its beauty for years to come.
