ANN SACKS® Introduces Dolomite Corina to its Repertoire

ANN SACKS introduced Dolomite Corina, a unique dolomite stone composition not widely available in today’s marketplace.  Dolomite Corina features a pure white background with a smooth, matte surface gently broken by wisps of off-white and gray veining.  Its unique structure is different from other dolomites, with a solid, almost pore-free surface void of the usual crystallization that is standard to most dolomites.

Because of its high concentration of minerals, dolomite is one of the few sedentary rocks that undergo significant change as it is pressed into layers over millions of years with transformational properties leading to unusual color configurations.  By its very nature, Dolomite Corina provides an easy maintenance and large-scale adaptability making it a desirable choice with almost endless applications.  Singular and striking, whether selected for floor or wall installation, in showers or other wet surfaces, Dolomite Corina provides an au current solution that separates itself from other white stones purely through its dense composition and classic presence.

Dolomite Corina, as with all stone tiles, does require sealing to withstand the daily rigors of high-traffic areas and build-up of minerals in wet applications, all which can affect the stone’s natural beauty.  It is also appropriate for outdoor applications depending upon climate and method of installation.  Ideal for any vertical or horizontal surfaces, Dolomite Corina is available in three sizes: 16” x 16”, 16”x 24”, a 30”x72” slab, and 1” x 2” off-set mosaic.
