Where do you find inspiration for your projects?

We’ve found inspiration from so many places- travelling, or from vintage shops, from artists in our community. Lately, because we’re not travelling much, we are turning to online shops and images of far away places. An antique basket or a vintage kimono could very well be the jumping off place for an entire design.

How do you select the tile for projects?

Tile is one of the areas where we can mix price points to get beautiful results. A smaller area like a backsplash can give the space drama while the larger areas can use a slightly less expensive tile to stretch the budget just a little more.

What is it that draws you to the Savoy collection?

We love the Savoy Collection for a few reasons. Number one: it’s beautiful. It feels organic and soft, in colours that blend into relaxed environments. The patterns and shapes are a mix of classic and new, the prints are simple, adding texture and interest to any space.

Number two: price point. This is one of the most important deciding factors when choosing tile for our clients. Most of our clients are working within a budget so the Savoy collection is a win-win.
