ANN SACKS continues its tradition of bringing innovative new materials to the tile medium with the introduction of Laque. These extremely modern tiles are produced using an ancient and painstaking process of lacquer application. Each individual piece has 12-18 coats of lacquer applied by hand before its final polishing, which is also done by hand (the heel of the hand is used to rub the laque until it achieves a high gloss).
