Tiempo takes its aesthetic cue from traditional patterns found in France and Spain. Designs are handpainted onto rustic terra cotta tiles that have been distressed. Imperfections are evident, which lends the tiles the rich look of centuries-old terra cotta.

- Suitable for indoor wall and light duty flooring applications
- Suitable for shower walls only a few inches above floor, and recommended to seal surface with water proof barrier
- Not suitable for outdoor use, steam showers, shower floors or submerged water applications including swimming pools or fountains.
- Not recommended for use on kitchen counter tops or working surfaces.
- Not recommended where tiles are exposed to open flame and direct heat such as inside a fire box or wood burning oven as this may tarnish the glaze. A backsplash behind a standard kitchen cook top is acceptable.
