It is important to be realistic about shipping when ordering stone. Some breakage is typical. A good idea is to set aside the broken tiles to use for cuts. If there is excessive breakage, contact your ANN SACKS representative within 48 hours of receipt so we can file a claim on your behalf.

Stone is often packed in crates, boxes and may be on pallets. Standard delivery is “curbside” delivery, which means it will be unloaded where the truck is parked. Most deliveries will require additional charges for the following special services: residential, inside delivery, pallet jack, and lift gate. If any of these services will be necessary, please indicate this when ordering. The delivery company will not carry stone up steps even if you arrange for inside delivery.
